ICMAN will participate in the European Researchers Night 2023 with a set of activities on September 29 in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).

We will have two stands, two microconferences and an exhibition:

- the stands will focus on the microscopic observation and identification of microalgae species and on the identification of exotic and invasive species found in the Gulf of Cádiz

- the two microconferences will talk about invasive species from both a scientific and economic point of view (“Wrong place: field notebook of invasive crustaceans in the Gulf of Cádiz” and “If we don't have shrimp, at least we have crabs”)

- The exhibition will showcase scientific equipment used in Antarctic research, from drones to dry diving suits. The exhibition will include a human-sized children's board game (Goose Game) with a marine theme.
